To make sure that never happens again, Fissler has developed two lines of scratch-resistant pans: adamant comfort and adamant classic.

The secret lies in an extremely tough finish containing silicon carbide particles. These form an innovative surface texture that is as hard as stone and even permits the use of metal kitchen utensils! The adamant comfort features very good nonstick properties and outstanding thermal conductivity, making it perfect for both gentle and crispy frying.

This robust pan features the cookstar® all-hob base, making it suitable for every type of hob, including induction. The high rim and extra-large frying area on the adamant comfort allow several portions to be cooked quickly and turned effortlessly. Its ergonomic safety handle fits well in your hand and protects against heat. A hook-in function for the premium quality glass lid provides extra convenience, while integrated measuring scale makes it easy to dose liquids.

The adamant classic, another member of the robust adamant family, is characterised by its easy handling and timeless design.

With a diameter of 20 cm, this model is optimal for one to two people. The adamant classic is also available in a 24 cm size, for two to three people, and 28 cm for four people.

A perfect add-on for the adamant classic and adamant comfort is the stainless-steel spatter shield, whose convenient handle hook-in keeps hot fat and water from spraying uncontrollably. Another practical accessory is the premium quality glass lid: it keeps your work surfaces clean and frees up your both hands for other activities.
