First use
Stainless Steel Cookware
- Before first use, thoroughly clean the cookware to remove any machine residual grease.
- Pour a small amount of detergent onto a damp cloth and wipe along the grooves inside the pot. You can add a little water and rinse with running water.
- We recommend using disposable plastic wrap instead of a cloth to clean Fissler cookware.
Pressure Cooker
- Before first use, thoroughly clean the cookware to remove any machine residual grease.
- Pour a small amount of detergent onto a damp cloth or disposable plastic wrap and wipe along the grooves inside the pot. You can add a little water and rinse with running water.
- Remove the silicone ring when wiping the pot lid.
- Test if the temperature-pressure indicator can rise properly by boiling water.
Non-stick Cookware
- After washing the cookware with clean water for the first time, dry it thoroughly.
- Use a soft cloth dipped in cooking oil to evenly spread it inside the pan. Heat on low flame for 2 minutes to enhance the non-stick effect. Once the cooking oil inside the pan dries, it is ready for use.
Cast Iron Cookware
- Before first use, it is recommended to wash the cookware inside and out with an appropriate amount of detergent and hot water, then wipe it dry.
- Use a soft cloth dipped in cooking oil to evenly spread it inside the pan and around the edges 2-3 times. After drying, it is ready for use.
